Getting started

A quick walkthrough for merchants who want to launch Shipping Status Timeline with a clean order-tracking experience.

1. Install and open the app

After installation, open the app in Shopify admin. The Timeline page is the main place to define the order progress steps customers will see.

2. Build your timeline

Start with a template or edit the timeline directly. Each step represents a day range from order creation. Delivered remains a real Shopify-based override.

3. Adjust the appearance

Use the Appearance page to set colors, font style, button style, and page copy. The preview updates live to help you match your store.

4. Add the storefront entry point

In Shopify theme editor, add the app block where you want customers to find order tracking. The block links customers to the public Track Order page.

5. Test the customer flow

Open the storefront page at /apps/track-order and test a real order lookup with an order number and the exact email address on the order.
