What merchants can use the app for

  • Create a branded timeline customers see on the Track Order page.
  • Add a Track Order entry point to the storefront with the theme app block.
  • Let customers check order progress using order number and email.

Quick setup checklist

  • Install the app in Shopify admin.
  • Create or edit the timeline on the Timeline page.
  • Adjust colors, fonts, and copy on the Appearance page.
  • Add the Track Order entry point block in the theme editor.
  • Test the storefront page at `/apps/track-order` with a real order.

Common issues

The Track Order page says the order could not be found

Confirm the customer is using the exact email address saved on the order. The app verifies order number and email server-side before it returns a tracking result.

The storefront entry point is missing

Open the Shopify theme editor, add the app block, and confirm the block is saved in the theme where you want it to appear.

The timeline styling does not match the storefront

Save your latest Appearance settings and reload the storefront page. The entry point, Track Order page, and in-app previews all use the same shared appearance configuration.

Best way to contact support

Email support@example.com with:

  • Your store domain
  • A short description of the issue
  • Screenshots of the admin or storefront problem
  • The order number you are testing with, if lookup troubleshooting is involved
Manual customization recommended: replace support@example.com with your real support contact before linking this page in your App Store listing.
